The bed was comfortable for a night's sleep.

I felt disappointed . The cleanliness of the bathroom was unacceptable, with filth, made me question the hygiene standards of the hotel. There were remnants of hair and dust in the corners, and the tub didn't appear well cleaned at all, which left me feeling very uneasy.

The hotel was close enough to many restaurants and bars within walking distance and the Empire State Plaza, the museum, the egg, the Lark Street and the Palace Theatre thanks to its decent location.

The staff members were all very knowledgeable, the rooms were decent sized with a huge bathroom and a mini-fridge and a queen bed. The service was good during all my really really nice stay.

We had a spacious room that was clean and provided easy access to local attractions, including the nearby Colonie Center for shopping. The staff were accommodating and helpful.

My children wished the breakfast options were healthier.

I loved how comfortable my stay was, with easy access to both the Colonie Center shopping mall, just less than a 5-minute walk away, and Cook Park's beautiful green spaces, perfect for a stroll during my weekend in Albany.
